
Refund policy
We have a 7-day return/refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on flower/foliage characteristics or on change of mind.
When making your purchase, please choose your item/s carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing as we will not exchange or refund due to change of mind.
To start a return, you can contact us at flowerboutiquenz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Please note: the cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received the returned product without any substantial damage, we will then refund the funds.
Damage & issue
We ensure that each product is properly packed and secured before dispatch, unfortunately mishandling during delivery by courier is beyond our control. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is badly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
